PRE TREATMENT
First Consultation and Initial Records
You will take upper and lower scans, bite scans in occlusion and photos following our protocol. That's the moment to talk to your patient about expectations, but the final outcomes will be confirmed after lab analysis.
Send all files and important information for the lab to start the treatment plan.

TREATMENT PLANNING
We will design a treatment proposal for you to show your patient and deliver it to you in 48 hours.
If you approve your ClearChange aligner treatment plan:
● We will send you a preview via a digital file for approval.
● You can request adjustments or confirm the plan.
● Once approved, the production of the first series of aligners begins.
You will receive the first x sets to start the treatment as soon as possible.
TREATMENT EXECUTION
Visit 1
Now it's time to place any necessary attachments and perform interproximal reduction if needed. Provide the patient with a starter kit and full instructions on aligner care.
Between Visits
The patient uses the ClearChange aligners, progressing through the treatment as planned, usually changing for a new set every 2 weeks.
Visit 2 and Beyond
You’ll receive all the remaining sets to hand over to your patient. Follow-up visits are scheduled to monitor treatment progress and make any necessary adjustments.
These include additional scans if treatment modifications are required.

Final Review and Retention
Once your patient has used the final set of ClearChange aligners and the treatment goal is met, we’ll conduct a final review to ensure everyone’s happy with the results and discuss options for retainers.
